iChauffeur were responsible for managing the ground transportation for the launch of a new collection by a leading Swiss watch manufacturer. With over 50 journalists from around the world plus other top VIP Clients we looked after a total of 250 people for 2 days. This meant that we had 50 x Mercedes S-Class and 40 x Mercedes V-Class vehicles looking after individuals and groups over the duration of the conference. We had 3 on site co-ordinators as well as a dedicated account manager based at head office to ensure all aspects of the event ran smoothly.
