Waiting Time Procedures

  • We offer the customer 15 minutes waiting time free.
  • After 15 minutes waiting time is chargeable which is calculated in 15 minute increments.
  • For long distance journeys, comfort breaks within reason, will not be charged.

Parking Charges

  • Keep parking charges to a minimum where possible and please keep all parking receipts.
  • iChauffeur will reimburse you for your parking
  • Parking fines are not the responsibility of iChauffeur.

Complaint Procedures

  • On the rare occasion that we receive a complaint from the client, we will contact you immediately  in order to understand from you your version of events as we recognise that there are always two sides to every story. The office will then make a decision on any further action and advise you accordingly.

How Do I Apply?

  • Once you have read and understood our criteria and you believe you meet our requirements please call on 020 8400 4829 and ask for up and coming vacancies and any positions that are available.
  • We hold interviews on Tuesdays between 2-3pm at 137 Station Road, Hampton TW12 2AL.
  • Please bring with you the following: PCO car and vehicle license, Insurance, MOT, log book, driving license, national Insurance number, passport sized photo and bank details. (If you are an operator just your operator’s license.
