Some of the first things you should look for in a chauffeur company are reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm. We all look around to see what’s on offer, but make sure that you ask for references, and do not get yourself into a situation where you end up waiting for a company to call you back. If a company cannot provide a first class service from the start then what will they be like 3 months down the line in June on your big day? Look around carefully and ask the questions that you need answering – It is all about individuality.
Booking Confirmation
Once you have chosen the right chauffeur company for you, make sure that you are sent booking confirmation before your wedding day. Details of your wedding day should be clearly laid out on a booking confirmation form and you should make sure you have the chauffeurs mobile phone number- some companies switch off their phones at weekends!
Wedding Car Deposits
Most companies will ask for a deposit when you book a chauffeur car for your wedding day. Make sure that you are issued with a receipt of some kind. If an organization is asking for all the money in advance then they are certainly not playing fair. Your hotel that is booked for your honeymoon have not taken full payment in advance so why should a chauffeur company?
