Range Rover Chauffeur

Range Rover

Range Rover Chauffeur Hire

The Range Rover is arguably as iconic as a red London Bus. A classic design, honed and refined over the decades to produce a four wheel drive luxury off-roader in a class of it’s own. We are proud to introduce The Range Rover to our chauffeur car fleet and are sure that our clients will be more than ready to use The Range Rover on their next journey.

Ideal Sporting Chauffeur Vehicle

The Range Rover’s legendary off-road ability makes this the car of choice for horse racing and other sporting events. Even if the car park gets flooded, you can be assured a non-hassle return journey.

Routemaster Bus RIP

The Routemaster Double Decker bus has for 50 years been one of London’s most famous icons. Today at 12:10 the 159 route bus will see the Routemaster’s final journey. The most famous bus in the world will then be confined to the garage apart from two Heritage Routes the number 9 and 15. Winston Briskow has been driving buses for 36 years and he will be at the wheel for the Routemaster’s final journey; From Marble Arch to it’s destination the Brixton Bus Garage.

On the Buses

Despite over 10000 people campaigning for the Routemasters reprieve, the hop on and off bus will be garaged because of it’s lack of disabled access and for environmental reasons. Routmaster Bus author Travis Elborough has expressed his disapointment that the Routemaster has not been re-designed like the new Beetle or the Mini.

Great British Design

Colin Curtis designed the Routemaster 50 years ago and it was introduced to the capital city in 1956. It had a non-corrosive aluminium body, semi-automatic transmission and a unique hop on and off capability which really endeared it to it’s many fans. The Routemaster Red Bus has been an internationaly recognised symbol of London and will be replaced by wheelchair/pram friendly models.

Goodbye Routemaster

Hundreds of people came to pay their respects to the Routemaster as it left Marble Arch to it’s final destination in Brixton. Goodbye the Routemaster, enjoy your retirement - well deserved.

Heathrow Airport Space Flights

Those clever cloggs at Google have introduced a special new Space Terminal at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 1. They haven’t finished the Google Space Shuttle yet but have some nifty products you can use on demonstration. So next time we chauffeur you to Heathrow, why not check-in to Google Space and see what they have been playing with in the Google Labs.

You may not be able to blast off from Heathrow yet but if you want a smooth takeoff or arrival call iChauffeur.

Royal Satellite Navigation

Chauffeur Sat Nav

In today’s Sun the Queen is reported to have had Sat Nav systems fitted to her chauffeur cars. This Sat Maj System has found Royal Approval apparently and shows that the Queen has more than embraced the digital revolution. The Hi-tech monarch has a growing list of gadgets such as the Apple iPod.

Chauffeur Navigation

At iChauffeur, all chauffeur cars are fitted with state-of-the art Satellite Navigation systems but none of them can replace the experience and knowledge of our professional chauffeurs. They are a very useful addition to any car and a useful tool for any driver.

Frankfurt Motor Show 2005

Frankfurt Motor Show

The International Motor Show (IAA) is the world´s biggest car show. Held anually in Frankfurt it is a behemoth collection of the world’s finest cars. So armed with pockets full of Euro’s we hit the autobahn and made our way to this essential motor show.

Mercedes S Class 2006

Mercedes-Benz S Class 2006

The main reason for our visit was to see the 2006 Mercedes-Benz S Class car. The Mercedes-Benz S Class is the industry standard luxury chauffeur limousine. The new S Class will be available in 2006 and we have some on order, so it was important for us to check out the new flag ship for the Mercedes fleet.

We were not disapointed, the new S Class has some great new features which will help make our clients travel a little bit more comfortable. We like the look of the new S Class too, which is an important part of a luxury chauffeur driven vehicle. Our first impressions are very positive and we are sure that once more the S Class will be our clients and chauffeurs favourite vehicle.

Bentley

Bentley Bling

Bentley make some wonderful chauffeur driven vehicles. What is always apparent is Bentley’s sporting heritage. In Ian Flemings 007 books. Bond had a Bentley - and well if it’s good enough for Bond… We didn’t think that this new Bentley would be 007’s first choice - the chromed wheels may be a little too bling for his tastes. Yet the curved lines harp back to a much more glamourous era and with the right wheels this beauty could take pride of place outside the Casino Royale

Aston Martin

Aston Martin

Another Bond marque is the Aston Martin. Again this particular model may be a little too bold for 007’s day job, but it looks aggressive even on a shag-pile carpet. This Aston will take no prisoners although you may have to pay a little more for ejector seats, machine guns and rockets.

Frankfurt Girl

More than just pretty cars

So as we make our way back to blighty, we couldn’t leave the show without the obligatory model picture and with this we’ll look forward to the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. Hopefully, we’ll see you there!
