Goodwood Festival of Speed
From June 22nd to the 24th 2007, the Goodwood Festival of Speed will be held in the picturesque grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex. From vintage Edwardian racers to modern Formula 1 and world rally cars, the Festival of Speed is a celebration of motorsports rich history.
Goodwood Revival
Three days each September, Goodwood circuit hosts a historic race meeting called the Goodwood Revival, for the kind of cars and motorcycles that would have competed at Goodwood during 1948-1966. Featuring Grand Prix cars from the Fifties and Sixties, thundering sports and GT cars, as well as historic saloon cars and little-seen Formula Juniors. Many famous drivers including Sir Stirling Moss, John Surtees, Sir Jack Brabham, Phil Hill, Derek Bell, David Coulthard and Damon Hill have all taken part at the Revival.
