Lord's is the "Home of Cricket", as well as the headquarters for the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), who own the Lord's Cricket Ground. The St. John's Wood ground has seen some legendary matches since it's inception in 1814 by Thomas Lord. Lord's is the home of the Middlesex County Cricket Club, and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
