Silverstone Warming Up
Sunday’s Monaco Grand Prix showed the full spectrum of highs and lows that this glamourous sport oozes. Dripping with gorgeous girls, outrageous yachts and more horse power than the Epsom Derby, Monte Carlo once again was full of drama, excitement and with the death of Michelin Chairman, Edouard Michelin in a fishing accident on Friday - a tragic affair.
Monaco will probably be remembered for Michael Schumacher’s ‘parking’ incident where he "deliberately stopped his car on the circuit" After which he was relegated to start from the pits, but he came a remarkable 5th in the race with an inspired drive. Fernando Alonso won the race and dedicated it to Edouard. Montoya came in 2nd and Britain’s David Coulthard climbed onto the 3rd place spot on the podium, sporting a Superman cape. DC will sure to be fired up for Silverstone, and the British Grand Prix will once again be the place to be seen on June 11th. Jenson Button believes that he has got his work cut out if he is going to win in Silverstone.
We are not blinded by the fourth position Rubens had - we have a lot of work to do,
