How do I redeem an iChauffeur Gift Certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate, contact us, and give us your unique certificate number and we will arrange your chauffeur car journey as per your instructions (subject to availability).
How long is an iChauffeur Gift Certificate valid for?
There is no time limit with regards to redeeming your gift certificate.
Can I change the vehicle ordered to a different model?
You can change the vehicle requested. If the car is more expensive then you could hire it for a lesser amount of time to make up any differences, or add to the certificate as you see fit.
What area does the gift certificate cover?
It is for any journey within the M25 or Greater London area. We may be able to extend this in some cases, but please contact us before you purchase a certificate to ensure we can cover the recipient's journey.
How many passengers will fit in the car?
The Rolls-Royce Phantom, Bentley Continental Flying Spur, Bentley Arnage and the Mercedes-Benz S Class all carry up to 4 passengers.
What happens if I run over the time given in the certificate?
You can always add to the cost of the journey, we charge in 15 minute increments, you can see the cost of additional hours on our tariff page.
Is there anything I can't use the car for?
Yes, this certificate is not for use on wedding hire. Wedding cars operate on an entirely different pricing and service structure.
