February truly starts in style this month with the Swedish DJ, Tim Bergling, better known as Avicii, arriving to Earls Court. If his particular type of music doesn’t appeal to you, Taylor Swift is also helping to bring in February with the continuation of her Red Tour at the O2 Arena.
February 2014 is also a great time to be an admirer of the arts. Over at the Royal Opera House, the Royal Ballet company are performing three of the great ballets, Rhapsody, The Art of Fugue and Glori. At the Hackney Empire is a new performance of HMS Pinafore, and down in Milton Court is the return of the widely acclaimed Tasmin Little, the English classical soloist violinist.
It is not just the arts which are getting full attention this month though. Over at Twickenham Stadium is the Six Nations, England vs Ireland match.
February is truly a month which has something for everyone.
