Oakley Court

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

Oakley Court Hotel is an elegant country house hotel in the South East of England. This unique Victorian Gothic country house is set on the banks of the River Thames in 35 acres of landscaped gardens. It’s location in Windsor makes it within easy reach of London and Heathrow Airport.

Once owned by Lord Otho Fitzgerald, the Gothic styling and proximity to Bray Studios made it a popular film location. It was used as the St Trinians school house, a number of Hammer films and also as Dr. Frank N Furter’s castle in the Rocky Horror Show.

Today, Oakley Court is a luxury hotel and a grand wedding venue.
