Rear Coach Doors

Lighting
Twin Art-deco inspired light fittings are included in the rear of the Phantom. Night-time ambient LED lighting sets the right tone with an optional brighter 'boulevard' setting when more illumination is required.
Leather
The leather for the Phantom is carefully selected from Bavarian bulls. Bavarian bulls are preferred because of the absence of barbed wire fences in Bavaria, and bulls are better because of the lack of stretch marks from pregnant cows. Each piece of leather is carefully scanned by eye, then marked out and cut by laser to minimise wastage. The leather is then stained right through, so that even if it was to become scratched or marked the desired colour will shine through.
Wood
Using some of the finest veneers in the world, the 'Book matched’ wood veneer interior is breathtaking and sublime, the epitome of a Rolls-Royce. Rolls-Royce craftsmen in Goodwood apply their unrivalled skill to create a mirror image, where the figuring and grain on the left of any veneered panel is an exact copy of that on the right. This natural finish ensures that every Rolls-Royce produced has a unique and individual appearance. This attention to detail makes the Phantom interior perfect for wedding hire.
The Phantom Audio System
Using a sound system designed by Lexicon, a high-end studio equipment manufacturer. The sound system is quite simply sublime. Powerful, clear and without distortion at any volume, it is by far the best in-car audio we have heard from any car.
Umbrellas
A unique design feature of the Phantom is the provision of discreetly concealed umbrellas. one umbrella can be found within each rear door. Released at the touch of a button, the water-repelling, Teflon-coated umbrellas are easily accessible and, with the help of your chauffeur, mean you needn’t leave the comfort and protection of the Phantom behind when you arrive at your destination. The umbrellas are held in specially designed housings that dry the umbrellas with electric fans to ensure they remain in tip-top condition.
