The Jaguar XJ Chauffeur Car uses advanced, self-levelling air suspension to deliver the ideal balance of ride, handling and comfort. The aluminium bodyshell is lighter, stronger and significantly more rigid than an equivalent steel shell and when combined with Jaguar´s Advanced Restraint Technology System and airbags and side curtains makes for a very safe chauffeur car.
Airbag systems include two-stage driver and front passenger airbags and front seat thorax airbags. Curtain airbags along both sides of the car help provide additional protection to both front and rear occupants in the event of a side impact.
